Built accountant-first: an approval queue and a full audit trail per church, with a wrong-church-file guard so files can never cross clients.

Being straight with you about what isn't built yet: there is no firm-wide overview screen and no single consolidated invoice — each church bills separately, and cross-church activity in one view is on the roadmap, not shipped. Is there a free trial?

Yes — 30 days, free, no card required. Connect, map your funds, and run it on your real books — or switch on Review first during setup so nothing posts without your OK. If it's not saving you time by day 30, walk away without ever entering a payment method.

How much work is setup?

About fifteen minutes at a computer: two connections you approve yourself, your funds matched to your QuickBooks accounts, three account choices we pre-fill, and one bank rule you create in QuickBooks. Each step saves as you go, so you can stop and come back.

What does "founding pricing locked for life" mean?

Exactly what it says: join during the founding beta and the price you convert at is the price you keep, for as long as you remain a customer — even as the public price goes up later.

Can we cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly billing cancels at the end of the month you've paid for; annual billing runs to the end of the year. Everything already posted stays in your QuickBooks — they're your books — and we purge our access and cached data when you go.
